We created Las Palmas Studio with the intention to help brands and storytellers share diverse and distinctive narratives.

MOVING STORIES WITH FRESH PERSPECTIVES

OUR STORY

Our founders Anna Jimenez Lyle and Gabriela Diaz Arp wanted a space for unique voices to be heard, impactful stories to be told, and fun, fun, fun to be had.

That’s how Las Palmas Studio started and this is how it is going.

Here at LPS we bring passion to every production and make problem solving a good ol’ time. Come see the world through our lens.

 THE PROCESS

HERE TO MAKE YOU LOOK GOOD

Come to us with a nugget of an idea (or none at all) and we will bring the best people together to make something interesting, powerful and persuasive … or maybe just funny. We work with the best FOR the best.

Got a tight timeline?

No problemo.

Want inclusive casting?

We live for that.

Got a BIG, somewhat scary idea?

We got you.

Basically, we are your partner, consultant, therapist, magician and best friend for 3(ish) months. This is production at its best.

Anna

JIMENEZ LYLE

Hi, I’m Anna Jimenez Lyle. I’m a Clio award-winning Director and Producer. I started my commercial production journey in my hometown of LA over a decade ago and really cut my teeth in NYC as Head of Video for HEARST, where I built out strategy, development and programming for 13 national fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands like Harper’s Bazaar, ELLE, Cosmopolitan and Esquire. I’ve been so lucky to have worked with tons of brands and so many insanely creative people over my tenure. Now, I like to produce and direct ideas that light my soul on fire. I do what I love, and that’s what makes me good at it.

GABRIELA

DÍAZ ARP

I’m the yin to Anna’s yang, the peanut butter to her jelly, the Bonnie to her Clyde. Ok, she’s probably going to want to be Bonnie. But you get the point. We see our different backgrounds as our superpower, creating content that is multi-dimensional and gives you ALL the feels.

Coming from the documentary world, I make sure all of our stories are rooted in what makes us human. I find magic in the mundane and hope in the places where life kicks us down. For the past ten years, I have created films, exhibits and interactive experiences for brands like the New York Times, the United Nations, the New Museum and Oculus and have collaborated with a variety of non-profits and independent thinkers to bring their revolutionary ideas to the big screen (and smaller computer screen).

I believe what we see affects how we feel and I want people to see our work and leave energized, hopeful and ready to take life and the dance floor by storm.
